In addition to the manual upload option via your Dailymotion Studio, we provide several options to easily migrate and upload larger video catalogs.
Each of those options can be discussed with your content manager, who will be able to guide you to choose the best option, depending on your requirements and use case.
Mass upload options are exclusively available for the Edge offer to help you get started quickly with Dailymotion. Learn more about about Dailymotion Edge.
API
We're exposing a complete API to let you manage and distribute your content easily with your technical team.
All the required information is exposed in our Developer Portal which will help you create the API workflows that best fit for your needs.
Don't hesitate to check our API upload guide and feel free to contact our Support team if you need any assistance.
MRSS
If you'd like to automate video upload by setting up a MRSS feed to push content on Dailymotion, we can set up an MRSS integration on your channel.
If you want to know how to build your MRSS feed and setup the integration with us, we invite you to follow the MRSS guide to get all the details about this solution.
.XSLX (Excel files)
If you're not comfortable with MRSS and the API, you can also upload videos through an Excel file.
To use this feature, you must:
- Create an excel file with all the videos you would like to migrate following our templates
- Send the excel file to your Content Manager
- Make sure your content can be ingested and is properly hosted on your properties.
