We've updated your Partner Space interface with a new design to ease your navigation.

The Organization and Notification spaces are now easier to find and we will continue to iterate on this new menu to offer you an improved mobile navigation in the coming months.

 

With our new Embed method, you can now create and manage different player configuration and customization directly through your Partner Space.

Thanks to the different configurations created, you will be able to modify several players integrated on your website just through a few clicks on your Partner Space.

You can also preview your player configuration on a sample page generated by Dailymotion, and share this configuration with your team through a direct link.

We've made a few changes on the watermark and Twitter signature management.

• The Brand section has been removed from the Embed menu
  
  
• The Player customization (accent colors, video information) can be managed on the Player management section.
  
  
• Watermark and Twitter signature can be managed directly on the Channel section.

The homefeed has been updated, and you can now personalize it with your own selection of categories and interests.

All you have to do is to follow our new onboarding flow, select some interests and enjoy your new homefeed.

Please note that this feature is only available in France for the moment, and will be progressively available everywhere in the coming months.

As you can now customize the homefeed, we've also added a new option available on your application settings to let you manage the categories and interests displayed on your homefeed.

We've released a new embed method to facilitate the player integration on your properties. We have considerably optimized the monetization, viewability, and performance of our Player.

This new embed method will also allow you to configure a Picture-in-Picture on your properties and configure different players with their own configuration based on your needs.

The new embed method has introduce a new customization parameter, allowing you to customize the sharing links on your embed player.

By default, the sharing button will redirect your audience on Dailymotion.com. If you activate this option, the share button will copy the link where the player has been embedded.

You're used to seek with a double tap on the player on your mobile ?

You can now use this feature on desktop too, by double clicking on your content with your trackpad or your mouse.

To fullfill with our legal obligations, the content uploaded on Dailymotion requires a proper audience identification to protect young audiences personal information and ensure they are accessing content appropriate to them.

For a few months now, this identification became mandatory for every new video uploaded through the Partner Space. In the coming weeks, this content identification will also become mandatory on videos uploaded through the API.

We invite you to edit your API workflows as soon as possible to comply with this new policy. To help you, we've created new documentations to easily update your flow :

• The developer upload guide has been updated with a new section explaining you how to classify your content with the  is_created_for_kids parameter
  
  
• You don't know which classification should be applied to your video catalog ? Check how to determine the audience of your videos and channels.
