Dailymotion strictly prohibits all sexually explicit content that depicts or exploits children (Child Sexual Abuse Material "CSAM"). We further prohibit all content involving the mistreatment or endangering of a child.
These rules apply to all forms of content available on Dailymotion, including videos and/or livestreams, descriptions and titles of videos, thumbnails, keywords, playlists, channels, and usernames.
What kind of content infringes these rules?
In particular, our users are prohibited from uploading any content:
- Sexually depicting children;
- Depicting or promoting pedophilia or incest;
- Depicting children as victims of sexual assault;
- Providing instructions to take part in any child sexual abuse;
- Attempting to sexually exploit or groom children, particularly by threatening to publish private images or information (grooming, sextortion...);
- Which constitutes revenge porn;
- Sexualizing children;
- Depicting children in a sexual context;
- Depicting abuse or harassment of a child (this can be verbal, physical or psychological abuse);
- Depicting a child in a dangerous situation.

How do I report child abuse material?
We invite our users to report such content on Dailymotion via the "report" button next to each video, by selecting the category "Child abuse" on our reporting form.
These reports allow us to identify content that may infringe our Prohibited Content Policy. Content that violates this policy will be removed from our platform.

How do we process your report?
Each report received by Dailymotion is processed by our moderation team in charge of evaluating, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, if the reported content is illicit and/or contrary to our Prohibited Content Policy which is an integral part of our Terms of Use.
