You can invite additional users within your organization to join your Dailymotion Partner account. Click here to learn about the available user roles and associated permissions.
Note that only an Owner can perform the actions below through the User Management page.
To invite an additional user
- Within your Dailymotion Studio, click on Organization > User management
- Click on Add user
- Enter the email address you want to invite.
- Select a role. Learn more about roles and permissions.
- Assign the channels that will be accessible to the user.
- Click Add
When those steps have been completed, an invitation will be sent to the user's email address. Once the user accepts, they will get access to channels you selected.
Invitation restrictions
For technical and security reasons, you won't be able to invite:
- Email addresses already linked to another organization
- Email addresses already linked to a standard Dailymotion account with videos uploaded
- Email addresses coming from a different domain

To remove an existing user
- Within your Dailymotion Studio, click on Organization > User management
- Fill the user in the list that you'd like to remove
- Click on the actions menu by clicking the three dots on the right and select Remove
- Click confirm to remove this user from the Partner account
A removal email will be sent to the user informing them of the changes made to their account
To change access for an existing user
- Within your Dailymotion Studio, click on Organization > User management
- Fill the user in the list that you'd like to edit
- Click on the actions menu by clicking the three dots on the right and select Edit
- Change the role or access to channels (in the case of multiple channels)
An email will be sent to the user informing them of the changes made to their account
