You can check which Dailymotion Pro plan you've subscribed to directly in your Dailymotion Studio, along with details about your subscription status, contract dates and usage limits.
In this article, we'll show you how to navigate in your Studio to find your Pro plan details, and help you understand the status of your subscription (active, trial, canceled, etc).
Access your subscription details
If you've subscribed to a Pro plan or started a Pro trial, you can find your subscription details directly in your Dailymotion Studio:
- Log into your Dailymotion Studio, and go to
Organization settings > Subscription plan.
- In the navigation menu, go to Plan details.
On this page, you'll find:
- The name of your subscription under "Current plan" (Trial, Starter, Advanced or Enterprise).
- Your subscription status (active, trial, canceled, etc).
- Your contract or trial dates.
- Your usage limits (storage, bandwidth, encoding and plays).
Understand your subscription status
To the right of your subscription name, you'll see a status badge indicating the current status of your subscription.
Possible statuses are:

If you're in "Trial" and live outside of France or the US: If you're a Starter, Advanced or Enterprise: |

We encountered an issue when processing your payment. Please update your payment information to continue using your Pro features. This status only applies to Starter or Advanced plans. |

Your subscription has been canceled, you reached the end of your Pro contract and didn't renew it: you no longer have access to your Pro features (upload, embed, etc). Good to know: You retain access to your Studio for 30 days following the end of your contract, to download and save your content. Important: When canceling your subscription, it remains "Active" until the end of your contract. After this date, your account status switches to "Canceled". |

This status only applies to Starter or Advanced plans. Your subscription is currently in the 14-day trial period. It will automatically switch to "Active" when the first payment is made. |

This status only applies to Starter or Advanced plans. Your 14-day trial period has ended, you need to add a payment method to continue using your Dailymotion Pro features. |
