As a Starter or an Advanced customer, you can access and manage your payment information yourself from your customer portal.
Manage your payment information
- Log into your Dailymotion Studio, and go to
Organization settings > Subscription plan.
- In the navigation menu, go to Plan details.
- Click Manage subscription to open the customer portal.
The customer portal allows you to perform several actions:
- Add a new payment method.
- Make one of your payment method the default one.
- Delete a payment method (only possible if you added several payment methods).
- Update your billing information: Company name, email, address or phone number.

Supported payment methods
The following payment methods are supported to subscribe to the Starter and Advanced plans (in France and in the US):
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
What happens if I don't add a payment method after my trial ends?
- Your subscription will be marked as Trial expired.
- Access to the Pro features will be restricted until adding a payment method.
When will I be charged for the subscription?
You'll be charged as soon as you subscribe and add a payment method. Subsequent charges will be processed on the renewal date, which you can find in your Studio under Organization settings > Subscription plan > Plan details.
Can I remove all payment methods from my account?
It is required to have at least one valid payment method to maintain your subscription. If you have multiple payment methods, you can delete some, but you must keep at least a valid one active.
What happens to my payment method if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription will not be renewed, and your payment method will no longer be charged.
Why can't I manage my payment method as an Enterprise customer?
Enterprise customers don't have access to self-service features provided by our billing partner, such as self checkout using a credit card. Enterprise subscription are paid via wire transfers exclusively.
