Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription from your Studio at any time before the renewal date:
- Log into your Dailymotion Studio, and go to
Organization settings > Subscription plan.
- In the navigation menu, go to Plan details.
- Click Cancel subscription.
Your subscription will remain active until the last day of your current billing period. Until then, you retain full access to the features included in your plan.
What happens once your subscription is canceled?
- Your subscription will officially be over the day after the "End of contract date". This date can be found in Studio > Organization settings > Plan details.

For 30 days following the "End of contract date":
- You will retain access to your Studio and download your content to save it.
- But, you will no longer be able to upload or embed content.
- After this 30-day period, all content in your account will be automatically deleted.

FAQ
How do I know if my cancelation request has been registered?
Once your cancelation request has been successfully registered, you should notice the following changes in your plan details (in Studio > Organization settings > Plan details):
- The Cancel subscription button should be replaced by a Renew button.
- The Renewal date should be replaced by an End of contract date.
Your subscription status will still show as Active, which is normal since your subscription will remain active until the end of your contract. Status will then switch to Canceled.
How can I cancel my subscription if it has been automatically renewed?
If your subscription has been automatically renewed, you can cancel it at any time to prevent future renewals. The cancellation will then apply to the next billing period.
However, please note that we do not offer refunds for the current subscription period.
