FAQ
Which information is included on invoices and receipts?
Invoices are issued when a payment is triggered, they provide an overview of what you subscribed to. They include the following details:
- Invoice information: Invoice number, date of issue, payment due date
- Dailymotion details
- Your billing information: Company name, address, email, VAT number
- Subscription details: Plan name, billing period, amount due
Receipts are issued once your payment has been successfully processed. They serve as proof of payment and include the same details as invoices, except for the "Amount due" fields which is replaced by "Amount paid".
Can I access past invoices if I cancel my subscription?

Why do I see overages on my invoice?
For Advanced plans: If you exceed the allocated limit for any metric in your plan (transcoding, bandwidth and/or storage), additional charges will apply on top of your subscription. Overage fees and metric limits are listed in your contract.
If your needs have evolved and you require more resources, you can increase your plan limits anytime from your Studio.
For Starter plans: Usage is capped, you cannot go beyond your usage limits.
