"Engagement" dashboard for Creators

The "Engagement" dashboard gives you deeper insights into how your audience is responding to your content by displaying the number of ratings received as well as the average rating. Learn more about ratings.

In this article, we'll guide you through the different metrics and dimensions available, helping you get a better understanding of your audience engagement and identify which content resonates most with your viewers.

Access the "Engagement" dashboard

1. Log in to your Dailymotion Studio
2. In the left menu, navigate to Analytics
3. Click on Engagement

Understand the metrics

Metrics are displayed at the top of the dashboard: click on any of the metrics to see associated data and breakdowns per dimension. The visual chart automatically updates accordingly.

For example, click on "Ratings" to see the number of ratings segmented per gender, age, country, etc.

Understand the dimensions

Each metric is segmented across different dimensions, providing a deeper understanding of how your audience engaged with your content.

For example, if you select the "Average rating" metric: the "Videos" section will show the average rating segmented by videos within the specified timeframe.

The following dimensions are available as follow for each metric:

Define a date range

Click on "Last 7 days" at the top of the page to filter data within a specific timeframe.

You can choose:

• Predefined date ranges, such as Last 7 days, Last Month, This year (and much more)
• Custom time period and choose the start and end dates as you need
