Access & manage in-app notifications

Don't miss out on any updates and receive notifications directly in your Dailymotion mobile app.

Notification types

You will receive in-app notifications for the following reasons:

• New videos published by the accounts you follow
• Someone subscribed to your channel
• Reminders if you need to complete your account verification
• Reminders to rate our application and let us know how was your experience

Access your in-app notifications

1. Log in on your iOS or Android mobile app
2. Tap the bell located at the bottom of your screen

You can see the latest videos posted by your followed channels over the past 6 days. Click on a card to play the video.

The bell with a dot indicates that you have new notifications. If you see , you're up to date with new publications.

Turn off in-app notifications on followed accounts

By default, you receive a notification each time a the channel you follow are posting new content.

You can easily turn off notifications for specific accounts, allowing you to follow them at your pace:

1. Go on the account for which you want to turn off notifications. You can use the search bar, or go on your profile and tap "Followed" to access the accounts you're currently following.
2. Once you're on the account's profile page, tap on the 3-dot menu at the top right corner
3. Select Turn off notifications

You won't receive further notifications for new videos posted on this account.
