"Followers" dashboard for Creators

The "Followers" dashboard grants you access to valuable data insights about the followers on your Dailymotion channel: monitor how many you gained or lost over specific periods of time and understand who your audience is with detailed demographic information.

In this article we'll help you understand the different metrics and dimensions available to get to know your audience.

Access the "Followers" dashboard

1. Log in to your Dailymotion Studio
2. In the left menu, navigate to Analytics
3. Click on Followers

Understand the metrics

Metrics are displayed at the top of the dashboard: you can click on any of the metrics to display the associated data and breakdowns per dimension. The visual chart will automatically update accordingly.

For example, you can click on "Followers gained" to see the associated data segmented per gender, age, country, etc.

The Followers dashboard gives you a comprehensive understanding of your channel's audience thanks to the following metrics:

Understand the dimensions

The selected metric data is segmented across different dimensions, providing a deeper understanding of your audience. You can click on "View more" to see additional items.

For example, if you select the "Followers gained" metric, the "Gender" panel will display the share of gained followers segmented by gender within the specified timeframe.

The following dimensions are available for each of the above metrics:

Define a date range

Click on "Last 7 days" at the top of the page to filter data within a specific timeframe.

You can choose:

• Predefined date ranges, such as Last 7 days, Last Month, This year (and much more)
• Custom time period and choose the start and end dates as you need
