Make sure to connect a payment service in order to automatically receive payments
Your Dailymotion Studio enables you to access all information related to the earnings generated on your channel(s) and the status of their payout.
In this article, you'll learn how to check your earnings balance, see the status of your different payments and consult your invoices.
Access your payment details
- Log into your Dailymotion Studio
- Go to Earnings → Payment details

The Earnings section is only accessible to the Owner of the Organization

Follow your earnings balance
Your account balance is displayed with a progress bar for the specified time range: your current balance is shown in purple while the remaining amount to reach the $100 threshold is in grey.

Threshold reached! The estimated amount will go through consolidation within 60 days from the end of the current month. We'll then be able to proceed with the payout. Balance will stay until the end of the current month. As soon as the next month starts, the new balance for the new date range will start and the balance above $100 will go in Next payments (see below for more details) |
Check the status of your payments
Once you've reached the $100 threshold, we'll process your estimated earnings and consolidate the amount for payout - See the detailed steps of the payment process
Your payments will go through the following status:
Next payment
We haven't issued any invoice yet, your estimated earnings are still going through consolidation up to 60 days after the end of the current month (see details in Step 1). Important |

Total earnings
The sum of all earnings generated on your channel and paid out since it exists
This doesn't include estimated earnings nor revenue with status In progress or Scheduled

The sum of all earnings generated on your channel and paid out from the beginning of the current year until now

Check your earnings Analytics
On each card you'll find an Analytics button. Clicking on it brings you to the analytics page of the Estimated earnings for the time period indicated in the card.
Why are the earnings in my Payment details and my Analytics different?
The earnings displayed in the Payment details page may not match the earnings in the Analytics dashboard. This is due to different factors:
- There can be a slight delay in the propagation of data from your Analytics to the payments pipeline
- The paid amount can be subject to certain costs:
VAT: Applies on the paid out amount. You can find the breakdown on your invoices
Fees: Payoneer, Paypal and your local bank may apply fees - Please reach out to them if you need assistance
Troubleshoot your payment errors
We couldn't send your payment. Please reconnect your payment service
We tried sending the payment to the connected payout method, but the payment bounced back. Please try to disconnect and reconnect your payment service in the dedicated section.
Note
Once you see that your payout method has been successfully reconnected, please reach out to the Support Team so we can reschedule the payment
Payment service was disconnected before we could send the payment
The payment service linked to your account has been disconnected. We are unable to send your payment without any linked payout method. Please add it in the Payout method section.

Once done, if you see the status "Connected" indicating that your payout method has been successfully reconnected, please reach out to the Support Team so we can reschedule the payment
There is something wrong with the connected payment service and we are unable to process your payment
Please reach out to Paypal Support or Payoneer Support so they can assist you with solving any issue on your account

Dailymotion doesn't have details of your payment service account nor can modify any information regarding it
We were unable to complete your payment
The estimated date for your payment has passed and your payment couldn't be processed. Please reach out to our Support Team so we can assist you.
