Why is it important to manage your profile information?
Your profile is your identity on Dailymotion. How it looks and how you present it will have an impact on the user landing on your profile. Here are a few reasons why it is important to manage and customize your Dailymotion profile:
- Improve search results - Accurate and relevant profile information about the content you create improves the chances of showing up in search results and recommendations

Build a strong and reliable brand image - Being easily recognizable across platforms and apps makes it easier for users to find your profile and know it is legit
- Foster engagement and build trust - A personalized profile shows authenticity and invites engagement from users (comments, reacts, ...)
Manage your profile information
To start managing your profile information, follow the steps below:
- From your Dailymotion Studio, click on Account settings
> Account in the top right corner
- If you have 1 profile, go to Profile details.
If you have multiple profiles, go to Profiles and click Edit on the one you want to modify. - You can now edit your profile as you wish

While Users have access to most profile settings, some are only available to Starter Partners and Advanced Partners. Check availability below.
